There is a hidden Fov fix on PCGamingWiki. No1 mention it at PCGW or WSGF. It works perfect for me. Zoom factor stays the same as in 4:3 but the screen is hor+, UI is stretched but it isn't a thing imo.

The only thing I found was a registry hack from
