Every time I try to start the game I get a message saying there is a Runtime Error and the application must close. I've been trying to fix the problem for about a day or two and I'm not really sure what to do. I've tried most everything at this point and nothing I've found has really helped.

I had the same problem. It happened after I updated to win10 creators update.

I fixed it by updating ALL of my Drivers. I used a driver update tool Driver Booster. It automatically updated all my outdated Drivers and everything worked.

I do have the win10 Creators update and I did update my drivers, but it sadly didn't work. Thanks for the help though.

Hey, bumping this issue as I have the very same problem, drivers are updated, although I use Windows 8.1 at the moment (updating to 10 soon)

I'm having the same problem. It has been two days, but no one from the support team has contacted me with any solutions/help.

I haven't been able to get this game to start either. I keep getting Runtime error on launch.

No solutions offered by the support page seems to help at all. I haven't seen anyone from GoG give any suggestions, but hopefully soon they will. I am very upset that I paid for a game that I can't even play or get any help with. I was skeptical about buying games like this and I guess I learned my lesson. I will no longer be buying any game on GoG or any similar methods of purchasing games.

I updated all my drivers with the boost driver thing and I tried to run but still not working aswell. I get a "unhandled win32 exception" on startup
