I have a constant looping sound bug running (sounds like a cart) regardless of where I am looking on the map. Does anyone know what's causing this sound and how to stop it?

I honestly wish I knew, I'm having a similar problem and it's not just carts, it's tanks as well, and I've even had it occur with horses. It's so irritating.
