Anyone else having very low frames? like an optimization issue

Have you tried playing with some of the graphic settings, like disabling the vsync option in DirectX settings? may not work but could be worth trying if you haven't tried it yet.

Do you get low FPS when you move the mouse? My game runs just fine unless the cursor is being moved. This of course makes the game unplayable.

yep mine was exactly like that...

I did get it fixed though by playing with settings in launcher, running as admin etc
