Hey folks!
I just started playing Empire Earth again after more than 10 years. Revisiting the tutorial was basically the first thing I did. The third mission seems to be unfinishable, though. I'm told to upgrade my settlements to town centers after I've build them next to stone and gold. I did that and nothing happened so I thought "Well, let's try upgrading them to capitols then!" but that didn't change much either.
I remember finishing all of the tutorial missions back in the days so I think that this is a problem with the GOG version? Or am I missing something? I already tried the Neo EE patch, the mission still stops at the same spot.
Any ideas?
