I'm trying to run EE on a Samsung 2/1 tablet/laptop running windows 10. When the game opens it runs properly, but the right third of the screen is missing. Any ideas?

You can't expect too much from a 20 years old game. Nobody even thought about those screen resolutions when the game was being created.
