The recent update (Gog Preservation Program) vastly improved EE1 Gold Edition stability on Windows 11, but now I'm experiencing this annoying issue: very often, just after having saved the game, the mouse cursor completely freezes, and I have to Alt F4. (Trying the Win Key resulted in almost total freezing of the laptop cursor, and I had to Ctrl Alt Canc to shut down the laptop!)
Tried different combinations in the game graphics settings, but with no luck.
Hope it will be fixed by GOG!

You should probably report this to gog support. I don't believe they check the sub-forums often.
