My copy of Empire Earth simply won't load on my Windows 10 computer. I load the .exe, you get the splash screen and about a second later windows gives a "Empire Earth is not responding" error without getting anywhere near the menus. I've had the same thing ever since I got this computer and I assumed that it was a Windows 8 problem but apparently it isn't since others have managed to get it to work in both Windows 8 and 10.

I've tried everything I could think of within Windows and I've tried all the solutions that I could find on the internet (NeoEE, that 3D Analyse thing and others) but literally nothing works including ths stuff in the sticky thread, the same thing happens each time. I haven't a clue what could be causing this: one thought I had could be graphics drivers but that makes no sense since it didn't work on Windows 8 which required a different version of the drivers
