Intro video plays fine (and is pretty badass besides which), but as soon as I reach the main menu all the interface elements begin to flicker in and out of visibility, overlap or fail to display at all.

Any help here?

I was able to fix this by changing the 3D Acceleration option to Direct3D Hardware TnL. This is under game settings in the main menu.

I have the same problem. And changing 3D acceleration option did not help.

Using win7 64bit and have Ati 5970 HD.

Same problem, flickering.

Using 5970 and latest AMD drivers.

Tried setting d3d T&L, set my correct resulution, checked AA etc is set to let application decide in CCC.

Nothing worked. Cant play with this flicker.

Also tried setting compatability mode to Winxp. Still no go.

Help.

Fixed it .

You must have the 12.1 catalyst preview drivers as they enable you to create per game profiles.

it wasnt disabling crossfire as a global setting before when I tried it. Had to create a EE profile pointing to EE or AOC .exe and setting crossfire to disabled within CCC game setting and Save the profile. No more flickering .
