I have a found another post relating to this problem, it was posted a year ago so I decided to make a fresh one. So my problem is that I have bought Empire Earth II for my self and a friend, and when we attempt to play together it says our CD is in use and that we need to enter it again. But we did not receive a CD key to begin with, GOG didnt supply us with one. The older post that can be found here http://www.gog.com/en/forum/empire_earth_series/cd_key_is_currently_in_use/page1 says to email GOG and ask for the keys, but the only way I found to contact GOG now is under their "Contact Us" tab which allows you to send "feedback, suggestions, kudos.... etc" aswell as questions, so I sent them a message saying that I have bought EEII for my friend and I and need the cd keys for the games, but after I sent the message there was no confirmation that this message actually sent. So I am wondering if that is the only way to contact GOG or is there another way to email them and ask ,or another way around this CD key problem?

No posts in this topic were marked as the solution yet. If you can help, add your reply
Write a support ticket. Go to the support page (there is a link at the top of every gog page), search for EE2, and in the sidebar, select "I can't find solution to my problem".
Now you only have to fill the page and send it.

Thank you very much, ughh I wish that was more obvious to begin with.
Do you know generally how long it takes them to reply? And where would the reply be? In my email or on the GOG website?

Sorry, but i don't know. Luckily didn't have to use the support, but from others' post i think it's between a few hours to a few days. I think now (holiday sale, the new customers came with the giveaways, etc) they have more work to do, and after all, they are humans too, so they need to rest sometimes :)

So its been almost 3 days still no response (6 days if you count me sending the messages before the actual "I still haven't found a solution to my problem" one), the thing that bothers me so much about this is having no confirmation in the first place that the messages were sent.
