I recently installed EE from GOG and it works well.
(I finished a tutorial scenario)

However, after I tried to use the 13200 popcap mod later on, the game starts to freeze after clicking on build commands.
I remove the mod but the game still freezes.
I have tried to reinstall it but still won't work.

Can any one help with this?

is it windows 8.1 ? we have issues with 8.1 atm we are telling people to revert back to windows 8. seems like 8.1 dont like ee but windows 8 runs it fine if you need more help i can get our programmers to help you though team viewer

In just the past few months, I've discovered that SWAT 3 and Empire Earth, two of my favorite games from the early 2000s, are incompatible with Windows 8.1. Wonderful. Just wonderful...

I'm starting to regret bothering with Windows 8 at all. Everything worked perfectly fine with Windows 7.

Especally: SOLUTION 2 (even if you haven't got graphics bugs). It's probably because your "gaming" graphics card is not used by Empire Earth, and the game is using the integrated GPU.

I just downloaded EE 1 and whenever i select random game it usually freezes right as the game starts. It also freezes sometimes during campaign mode.

I have a Windows 8 lap top.

I know this is a very vague description but i would appreciate it if someone could help me out! Thanks
