Hi, I was just wanting to play some Empire Earth since I grew up playing it and is honestly one of my favorite games. I'm not too sure if it'd be possible to play it on windows 10 but I've heard many people say you can and can't so I want to try it myself since I saw it was dirt cheap on the website. So if anybody knows why I keep getting "Installation Failed: Disk Access Problem" and how to fix it that would be very much appreciated thank you.

Could be antivirus anti-ransomware module blocking it.
Some antiviruses (for example Bitdefender) have it activated by default. It prevents program from writing/modifying files in specified directories (for example Documents folder). So I would recommend to check it as first.
