Hello all, I'm experiencing this glitch in EE: AoC in which all units attack too fast/glitched and do no damage. I tried switching to both windows 7 and 8 compatibility mode and that didn't really seem to solve it. Seems like other people might have had solved this by switching to those comp modes but idk, its weird with mine. Any and all answers would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

System specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA Quadro 4000

Me and a friend had that for a bit until we remove the 13,200 population mod.
