Can anybody guaranteed that Empire Earth 3 will work flawlessly on Win 7 x64?

I have the game for some time, but it crashes a lot on Win 7. Can not finish a single skirmish map. :(

Works no problem here, but make sure you Disable crossfire/Sli,

I don't have SLI or crossfire. Any idea what to do to stop crashing?
I am using i5 2500k processor and 5770 card. Everything is maxed. It just randomly crashes.
EDIT:
Hmm played another game, no crashing, but lowered the number of players from 6 computers to 2.
