How can you start Empire Earth 2 in full screen mode, it starts in window mode. I am playing it on windows 10 BTW.

Hey guys, I just installed EE2 on win10 and noticed the same. Luckily however the sticky at the top of this forum (the EE2 fix thread) posted a link for the unofficial patch at ee2.eu. The patch should allow a liquid truckton of resolution combos. I'm installing it now to see if it worked.

By default starts EE2 in the Full Screen mode.
In Unofficial Patch 1.5 there is also a new "exclusive" border-less windowed mode which can be activated by pressing ALT+ENTER. If you still want to use the "traditional" windowed mode, you can enable it by UP1.5 Settings.
Unofficial Patch 1.5 also supports all possible screen resolutions and uses DirectX 8 to DirectX 9 converter which improves game performance and fixes issues with new graphics cards (for example on NVIDIA Optimus laptops).
