Sorry if this has been asked before, but me and my friend would like to buy a copy of Emipre Earth 2 so we can play online. Is this possible with the GOG version? Does someone even know wether the servers are still supported?

If you only want to play with one specific other player, you can always use Hamachi and emulate a LAN, then use that.
I don't know about the official servers, however, but ScottKevill advertised GameRanger a number of times. However, user "dasteve" seems to have problems with that and the GOG version of EE2.
