Is there a way to run Empire Earth and Art of Conquest in Windowed Mode? I didn't see anything within the Manuals, and the in-game options only provide screen dimensions.

as far I know EE does not run in windowed mode. Anyways there might be software for it (possible) but even if that's true, I wouldn't know which one.

I advise you searching for software because EE itself does not bring an option to swap to windowed mode.
