I have recently set up a Radeon HD 6870/6850 OC'd crossfire setup. Playing on just the 6850, prior to going CrossFire, the pre & post-game menus were flicker free. Now they flicker anywhere that the mouse cursor is not; "painting" an area with the mouse cursor will briefly stop the strobelight-like flicker.

Gameplay graphics are flicker free, making this only a minor issue, but I would like to know if there is a fix out there for this crossfire flicker in EE, short of temporarily disabling the crossfire?

Might as well just create a profile to disable it for this game. You likely won't need both cards to run it on highest graphics anyways since it's dated.
