Is there any chance of this happening? I would love to be able to play it on my mac, as my windows laptop died...

I wouldn't be optimistic about it. I'm a Mac user myself, and I'm considering running Windows on a virtual machine via Parallels or something to play these lovely games. I think they must make it run on Windows 8 first. I can't play any EE on my W8 PC :/

Argg that's dissapointing, I would use a virtual machine but it's really too much work to do and it's not worth it that much.. :/

As a mac user i spent a little time into looking into various options. The short story is that there wont ever be a mac version and our main option is to just install a copy of windows via bootcamp (prob a good idea anyway as this is useful for many reasons).


I found that EE1 comes up as garbage on winehq, and this is a huge prob for running it through wineskin, crossover, cider wrappers, or any other option of porting.
