ive been wanting to play this as I used to play when was younger and loved it but everytime I start up as soon as I get to the map and start playing the game it crashes on me I have a Toshiba un90 running windows 8 with standard graphics and an i3 processor can anyone help me? thanks a lot guys.

I just got a new laptop with windows 8,I downloaded the game and it will not even start, the logo comes up and then the screen goes black. hopefully someone can give some advice to help both of us.

Cant say I can help much, confused why you have an i3 though. Thought you have an i7.

But my brother got windows 8 abit back, he had nothing but problems with a range of different games. Didn't seem worth it, went back to windows 7 and everything worked fine again. I think its just too many bugs with win8 atm.
