I just installed EE 3 on XP. When I try to start it, I get a pop-up stating that it failed to start because PhysXLoader.dll was not found. The installation procedure must be buggy since it said it was installing PhysX.

How do I get this fixed?

I was able to get EE 3 to start by copying the Physxloader.dll to the EE3 directory. Then I moved it to my XP's Windows/System32 directory hoping to circumvent this problem for other games. EE 3 started fine with it there.
Even though EE 3 starts up, when I run the tutorials, they freeze after a minute or so. While my PC is ancient, 3Ghz single core P4 - 1 GB mem plus 1 GB video memory, it still exceeds the stated min reqs.

Any suggestions on what to try next?
