armorine: i just downloaded this game yesterday after missing playing it and ive run across a really weird bug. no matter what i do i cant build carriers or subs. the option simply isnt there. no matter how much i fiddle with the game i cant get it to allow me to build carriers. ive now run out of ideas as to what could be wrong. ive gone through and enabled all tech and civ bonuses and still cant build carriers at epoch 11. nothing i do seems to change things. ive re downloaded and reinstalled the game already but that did nothing. it doesnt matter weather i launch with or without the expansion. i just cannot build carriers or subs,

any help would be greatly appreciated

tinyE: There two different naval buildings, make sure you have both. There is the dock AND the military one (which the name of escapes me). It is a totally different building and may be in a totally different construction category. I haven't played it in about two years but I have a building FAQ here; I'll see if I can pin down the exact name of the building.
