I'm experiencing an annoying flickering of the upper bar, of the units informations area and of the resources bar while playing EE1, which appears after some time of playing. The flickering disappears for some minutes by saving the game, but it returns very often, making the game hard to play. :( It happened since I bought he game with GOG, both in Windows 10 and now Windows 11. Would like to share a screen record to show the problem but I can't.
How can I resolve this issue? Did it happen to someone else?

I noticed the same happen after alt-tabbing (Windows 11), but the flicker disappeared after doing another alt-tab.

It does it to me if I alt-tab. The only thing that fixes it for me (on Win10) is to bring up the game menu and hit resume.
