Okay, So here's the problem. Typical Vista....
I installed Empire Earth Gold Collection from GOG.com. I tried the first one and it worked perfectly fine. I try to run Art of Conquest expansion pack and this is where the problem begins. I open up the program and it goes to the black screen and I can see the hard drive is working on it. It sits there for maybe 5-10 seconds and then Vista tells me that EE-AOC.exe has stopped working when in all actuality it's just loading. It forces me to close the program down and I can't try anything else. I installed it to a flash drive and played it at my school perfectly fine. But on my system Vista forces me to close it down. I have Windows Vista x64 Home Premium. I've tried running in all compatability modes, checked off all the visual themes and stuff, and even tried running as admin. Any help?
