The last time I played Emperor (probably a few months ago) all the animations worked. Now they don't. The buildings are still and lifeless, and I don't even see any water in the wells. Did something happen? Anyone know a fix?

Edit: I managed to fix it. I noticed a few other threads mentioning graphics problems, and after trying a few suggestions was able to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling. I did a complete uninstall (including saved data) and rebooted afterward. It looks like that doesn't work for everyone, so I guess I was lucky.
