I'm looking at the UnitSpot.Dat file and the calculations make no sense. The divide by number of terrain types always results in lower camo rating. For example if I am on a tree and grass hex, my camo should not below just a grass hex (1.5). But if I multiply 1.5 * 1.8 /2 = 1.35. To me this means the numbers should not be multiplied but added and then divided by the number of terrain. This would then result in (1.5 + 1.8) / 2 = 1.65 which makes a hell of a lot more sense.
Yeah it looks like it would be better to hide in a hex with 1 type of terrain. Weird...
