Planet Maps no longer seem to a label for forts of the imperial eye?

Can you clarify what you mean? The Imperial Eye forts on the five capital planets have always been labeled "Fort," in gray. If you right-click on it, you see that it is controlled by the Imperial Eye.

I went back to an older version of EFS, there was no map label for the Imperial Eye.
