Someone recently asked a similar question on Discord, not sure if you are the same person or not, but I'll post my response here in case others have issues. The person on Discord ultimately was able to get EFS to work on a different computer, so it must have been some compatibility issue with his first computer. We are a very small team so unfortunately there's not much we can do about compatibility issues.
Here's a copypaste from my response to the similiar issue on discord:
Only ships with move type J (jump) or L (lander) or G (gate) can move to another planet. If the move type is S (space) or M (mech), they can’t jump to another planet, but they can blast off from the planetside to orbit. Maybe try moving the ships one at a time to rule out if there is some issue with this
I’ve also heard of some people having issues with the click not registering correctly in certain PC configurations, but we haven’t been able to nail down exactly why. In this case, there are a couple alternative commands that can be used. First, click on the nearby destination planet which will highlight the route green. Then you can click on the Orders drop down menu on the top and click "Go", and the ship should move to the planet. You can also click on the "go" button in the bottom left (a green arrow with an X), which is next to the Sentry button.
