I'll open this with a big thank you to the devs for updating this incredible masterpiece.

I have a few questions if anyone with experience with v1.5 can answer. I'm still relearning with a current primer game as Hawkwood, but not sure if the manual is still always accurate in this regard.

1) Do the difficulty settings for players and AI still apply the same way as before?

2) If my planets loyalty is green heart, is there any benefit to lowering taxes further, and same with raising troop wages?

3) Say I'm lacking in a material, but have no optimal location for the resource. Would you build in a comprised location for sub optimal return or seek them on another world?

Any others have questions feel free to add.

1. No. Difficulty now also impacts the enemies in ruins and how quickly the Patriarch proscribes technologies.
2. Planet and troop loyalty can be different, especially if you are changing religious sects, so the answer is, "sometimes."
3. Depends on how hard it is for you to build engineers and how easy it is for you to buy what you need from the Agora. This is one of the fun choices we enjoy having to make in the game
