Does anyone still play this game as a single player or is it only a multi-player usage? My games are crashing after year 5148. As in i can load all my games from year 4956 to year 5148. Any year after 5148 my game will crash.

I am trying to figure out if that is due to me playing only single player and not all multi-player and no computer.

I am currently using only EFS Reality mod (playing straight vanilla guarentees a game crash from the computer player over sprawling the planets with cities.

Glad you enjoyed playing that long. If you have a saved game from right before it crashed, I would love to see that

Thank you HDIAndrew for the reply. Did not see that until now. I could have sworn i was looking after this forum until June for replies.

How can i show that for you? I could do a jpeg of one planet or the system view. I do not believe i can show you all the areas i have under my control (not many). At least with your answer "glad you were able to play it for that long".

It takes me about 200 turns before i can build up a strong force to start taking over everything within a platform similar to this (Ascendency, MOO)

In the EFS game folder, there is a SAV directory. Did you have the game set to save every year? If so, I would like to get the last save before it crashes. If you have that, I can give you an email address to send it
