So on that next turn, they hit me with "Give me all votes OR I will sign a Peace Treaty with you".


Going to House status, I see that they have broken the Alliance but are not at war with me.


Is it possible that the diplo steps here are a little out of phase?

Shouldn't they declare war and then give me the Sign Peace treaty offer?


And if they want me to do an exchange for votes should it not be the AND operator ?

Give me All Votes AND I will sign a peace treaty with you .... (signing the treaty being a positive move as opposed to a consequence?)

Have not seen it in EW so far - but I'm thinking the Mods would not impact this function? Seems more like a core EXE function?
