So I started playing this game and my character, the first party member, as well as the bandits you find down the hall are all just...gray shadows?

Like, the game lags a bit so I assume it's a resolution issue. My computer isn't the fastest, I guess. But, like, there's also not a ton of options to dial down resolution. The resolution itself is fixed, and I can turn off anti aliasing but that's pretty much it.
