From time to time these "clouds" appear and fill up my screen, there is no clear indicator in which situation but
I suspect that it has something to do with water, fog and or rain. A short-time solution to this is changing the
quality of fog to another setting. Regardless the setting, the artifact will reappear though.

I´ve an I5 cpu and a GTX 770 (with the latest drivers)

I'm running into the same issue. I've changed basically every graphical setting combination and still keep getting them.
