Hi,

when I start the game on my laptop (gtx950m, i7-9500, 16gb) the games start up and I hear music playing, the crunshing piranha.
Screen stays black and I need to kill the process via task manager

Both 1.0 and 1.1

Any idea how to resolve this ?

Same exact issue here. Running on a MSI laptop with windows 10 64bit, gtx1060 - and I suspect it has to do either with the new GeForce drivers (388) or the fall creators update.. Do you run any of these?

I got help on ELEX's forum. It seems that the culprit is Nvidia. their latest two (at least) driver versions (388 and the one before it) cause this issue. Reverting to driver 385.69 corrects the issue. FYI
