There is a table for the first version, 1.1 but I've already patched to 1.03.

With the proper verson, the table has an option titled Places of Interest where you can instantly go to several teleport locations.

Another different game had a table option to activate all locations. I think that game was KOARR. Too bad that can't be done with Elex II in order to do a speed run.
