That's really annoyingly flickering textures.

Played some time ago and there were no such problems. Could not find a workaround via the usual search engines.

Anybody else had/having these? Could have a lot of causes in all of the graphics stack on a computer these days, but Skyrim apparently has no settings to affect possible causes.

Any advice?

I found a workaround in a post somewhere on the web but I lost the link. It goes like this:

Search the file Skyrim_Default.ini or Skyrim_Default_[yourlanguage].ini in the installation folder.
In the section [Display] add the line:

fNearDistance=13.0000

They said values between 10.0000 and 13.0000 could work. On first sight this seems to work.
