There ya go, now you don't need to ask for that, now on to the problem.

When i play the game for a short period, (random intervals) the computer does a hard shutdown.

For those that don't understand what a "hard shotdown" is. It is the same as turning of a light.
All power is turned off and, as far as i can tell, there is no reports as to why it happens.
It makes no sense it does this. Hope someone can answer why it does...

Video as proof of what happens: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M4E_kVuF31s
Quality is kinda crap... but shows what goes on...

As i mentioned in the video, it does the same thing with a lot of other games as well. There is no
Is your computer overheating, by any chance?

If possible, try putting your computer into a power saving mode, or underclock your CPU or GPU. Also, you could try reducing the graphical settings.

If you determine that, indeed, your computer is overheating, you might need to invest in better cooling.

Another issue could be the power supply; if your power supply is too weak, it might not be able to handle the power draw of your CPU and GPU working full blast. Underclocking, again, could be a temporary solution, but the permanend solution is to swap the power supply for something stronger.

It might be a good idea to get some software to monitor CPU temperatures to distinguish between these two possible cases.

Could be any of those, but i will soon get a new far superior computer, so it should not matter much. but we'll see.
If my new computer does it too, then i'm at a loss...
Either way... i'll look into these possible reasons and fixes and if i remember, will post an update to this thread...
