I have scrolled down the list of DLC's that are included in the GOTY version of TES Oblivion, and to my big surprise one of the iconic DLC's does not appear to be included in that list. I am talking about the Shivering Isles DLC, that is one of the best DLC's available for Oblivion.
Now - I do not have bought Oblivion at this moment (I am planning to do this a little later), but I like to know from somebody that has bought this game already, if Shivering Isles is indeed missing. That would be a shame.
The problem is, that this DLC is difficult (if not impossible) to obtain as separate buy from 3th party's. If it is not included, does anyone know if it will be available later on?
