Hey.

You can track the time same as in any other game in Galaxy. Go to Manage installation -> Configure -> Features tab and check "Custom executables / arguments". Then at the bottom, add a new executable, find OBSE.exe and set it as Default executable.

Now the game will act same as if you launched the usual executable, including cloud save sync and game time tracking.
I didn't knew it existed until today, but it looks like there's a plugin that one of its function is to track your ingame time with obse :
