The Elder Scrolls : Arena crashes when speaking to certain characters in town. Dont know why? Is it dosbox? I think it is.

Aaaaand my char is Spellsword and I started the game in the island southwest of tamriel map. Dont remember the name right now, sorry. But at this moment the game has freezed when talking to females in or outside the starting town. I believe that their not necessary chars of the game but its still annoying. plz help.
