Ive heard it is free for special edition, and it is only mod i need. So, donta want this Anniversary Edition. Is it included in special edition?

Survival mode is in the base game. You have to select it.

I know how to enable it in settings. Its not my question. Im asking is it included in basic SE on GOG, or are in AE only?

No need to buy the AE for this, as it's already included in SE. You'll get a pop-up at some point (after the first dungeon IIRC) that asks you if you'd like to enable it.
