I second this! Boxed versions of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion GOTY Deluxe sold in Poland have full (subtitles) polish translation, so it should be possible to add it to GOG version.
EDIT: Yes, even Fighter's Stronghold DLC is translated, nothing is missing.
