After clicking on the start on the Oblivion launcher the game crashes right away. I updated everything my video and audio and windows drivers, I follow all the solutions posted on the support board. What gives? I never had this problem with the steam version I might as well request a refund at this point.
EDIT its working fine NOW I had old saved file that was messing up the game

I get the same issue and tried all the standard stuff to fix it, as in the anti-virus stuff, compatibility stuff, running as admin and making sure everything is up to date, so I've no idea what is going on. Also NO MODS AT ALL.
