So i got it running for first time and went smoothly. Second time, it refuses to start up, just initial blackscreen and nothing.
Repaired it, reinstalled it, three times. Nothing.
Installed 5 mods, QTP, MMM, SSEE, Darnified UI, Oblivion Character overhaul (with blockhead). They worked fine first time. Removed them since i thought it was mods causing this but it wasnt, vanilla without DLC wouldnt launch anymore either.
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz (6 CPUs), ~2.9GHz
Memory: 24576MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660

EDIT: Got it to work again, deleted documents oblivion files, disabled claud saving in GoG, now game works again. Apparently it was a mod issue and something horribly wrong got saved on the cloud that made game unstable.
