I just noticed Task Manager shows Morrowind GOTY using no GPU. Is that normal, and is there a mod to get it to?

It has to use GPU because it's a Direct3D game, there is no software renderer in Morrowind.

However, it's either too low usage to jump over 1% because the game was made for GPUs from 20 years ago, or you are looking at the wrong GPU if you are running dual graphics setup (e.g. Intel integrated GPU + dedicated graphics card).

You are probably using a laptop with an integrated and a dedicated GPU. For the game to use your dedicated GPU, drop the d3d8.dll file from here to the location of Morrwind.exe.

This happens because games running DirectX8 and below for some reason cannot use modern GPUs. So this .dll file wraps the game into a DirectX9 layer.
