WyleCoyote: I believe you're correct. I just loaded MPP 1.6.6 beta into the Construction Set, and the change was there. So it must have been one of those two. It just caught me off guard since I thought those patches just fixed bugs and not ambiguous items.
Is there an actual list of everything that MPP changes somewhere? Everywhere I looked just mentioned vague "bug fixes".

Enchanted Editor (it can load an ESM or esp without the file(s) they may be dependent on) & that patch alters a lot

My previous games were with vanilla Morrowind. When MW came to GOG, I decided to look into mods. I reinstalled and looked around to see what the recommended patches, tools, and mods were. I'm currently using MCP, with Wrye Mash and mlox to manage mods this time around.
