I fought a Golden Saint and got a Daedric Tower Shield.

I have Medium Armor and a Shield which is Dreugh

i know the enchantment is higher for the Tower Shield.
But I seem to take a noticeable loss in Armor Rating with it (as opposed to keeping the Dregh equipped),

Am I missing something?

Is your Medium Armor skill higher than your Heavy Armor skill?

Yea. It looks like I am going to have to spend a good buck on Heavy Armor Skill as now I have dragonbone cuirass which seems too powerful to let go. But it is heavy armor.

Does mixing and matching Medium Armor and Heavy Armor mesh okay?
