Installed Morrowind along with MGE XE earlier this week and ran it along with distant land with no issues. After some mucking around with my data files and mods I opted for a fresh reinstall of everything. Now I cannot start the game whatsoever with MGE XE enabled in game. Disabled it works fine, and the resolution stays as selected in the program, but without fail it crashes to desktop immediately on loading "Morrowind.esm" if it is enabled. I've been browsing forums for hours and can't figure it out. I've tried compatibility mode, enabling and disabling the script extender, updating my graphics driver, installing DX9, running everything as administrator, I also can't generate distant land, but that's irrelevant if I can't get the program to work whatsoever. I've used code patch, exe optimizer, and 4gb patch. Also messed with the DEP for all programs involved and no results. I have also tried reinstalling Morrowind and MGXE multiple times. Nothing in my system has changed so I have no idea why it's having issues now when it was working fine a few days ago before the reinstall. Here is the mgexe log.
