I bought the game: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition (screen gog1.jpg), and in the game library I have: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition (screen gog2.jpg).
What this is about ?

This is by design, go to your downloads page and see if you have the DLC anniversary edition selected. Look at the picture below so you know where to look.

Anniversary edition is basically DLC content, so you have to get the base game and then they add the DLC content in as an additional download. Galaxy will also handle this as DLC. You can optionally download it or not it's up to you. By default, Galaxy will download everything you bought including all the DLC
