ludgerarnold: I have no idea if starting with Galaxy causes any trouble. So let's get to the Oblivion basics.
First of all, was the mod Bain ready or did you at least check manually for install options?
Have you tested for conflicts?
What about the load order?
Does the mod also require some OBSE addons like pluggy that you don't have?
Does your mod maybe require an other mod, perhaps Kwatch rebuilt?

toupz111: I need help please, the game is installed in my H Disk so not program files, I'm trying to load it with an alternate start mod but nothing works and i installed OBSE and Addactorvalue properly.... I'm out of ideas... windows 10.. I used Wrye Bash to instal the alternate starts mod.... So when i go in game it ends up telling me obse_loader is not recognized with add actor value or something and even tho i run gog galaxy as admin+obse_loader.exe as admin...And yes obse_loader will load oblivion then i can start a new game, if i wait a little the mod tells me the error and brings me back to main menu this makes no sense...

abbayarra: Did you get the GOG specific version of OBSE?

Greywolf1: Download and install the non-galaxy version, and then follow the instructions to install OBSE to the letter. No mods, until the basic installation is working.
To avoid potential conflicts, it's probably better to uninstall everything you had installed until now first. Once you have the non-Galaxy installation working (including OBSE), you can try the Galaxy version again (if you want to take the risk).
